Shadow Planner - Incident Management
Shadow-Planner IM is a realtime communications centre for invoking
a plan in time of crisis or testing a plan during normal operations.
The functions of the IM module will communicate directly with staff,
via SMS, email, web notice boards etc, informing them on an individual
basis as the incident evolves.
The crisis team are provided with real- time updates enabling prompt
review of actions as required turning theoretical procedures into
practice response.
The system records instructions and responses throughout, providing
vital information for later analysis and feed-back, further improving
Business Continuity Management within the organisation.
