Message Manager Suite for Exchange is a powerful, easy to use Exchange Content
Management suite that is made up of two products: Content Inspector and Content
Auditor. Message Manager makes managing all email content within your Exchange

Message Manager empowers Exchange administrators to effectively monitor their

Message Manager requires no additional servers, consulting, or training. It also operates independent of the Exchange server - without the potential of disrupting the flow of email.Additionally, Message Manager places almost no load on your Exchange 5.5 or 2000 server while it is operating.

Content Inspector™

Content Inspector is the first product in IntelliReach’s Message Manager Suite for
Exchange. It provides detailed content scanning and management for Exchange 5.5
and 2000. Content Inspector can scan the entire Exchange Information Store, including all users’ folders. It searches for matches to a directly entered word, phrase, or detailed Critical Word List of up to 200 words and phrases.Actions on matched messages can include:

• Deleting the message
• Copying the message for review
• Stripping-off the attachment that was
  included with the matched message

With Content Inspector, all messages can be sorted, searched, and managed quickly
and easily.

Content Inspector Features:

• Comprehensive scanning of the entire Information Store - every folder in every
  mailbox: Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items, Drafts, Deleted Items, Calendar, Contacts, Journal, Notes,Tasks, and any user created subfolders
• A simple, intuitive graphical interface
• Advanced policy operations and on-demand searches to handle unique problems
• Searching ability by individual mailbox, distribution list, organizational unit, server, or the entire organization
• Detailed searching capability for all or any individual component of messages:To, From, Subject, Body,Attachment Name, cc, etc.
• Robust search options for Attachments - search by name and date
• Ability to search messages/mailbox items by date
• Optional “Exhaustive Searching” of all message/text fields
• Powerful, comprehensive scanning of thousands of messages per minute with no disruption of service to users

Content Inspector is workstation based, is not installed on the Exchange server, and
requires no additional training, consulting, or servers for implementation. Content
Inspector is installed in minutes; most customers are typically able to begin searching their Exchange system for specific email content in 60 minutes or less.

Content Auditor™

Content Auditor is the second product in IntelliReach’s Message Manager Suite. It
provides real-time monitoring and auditing of email traffic. Content Auditor continuously scans the content of email messages flowing through the Exchange messaging engine for specific message content.When Content Auditor detects non-compliant content, it can forward a copy of the critical message to an administrator for additional action.

Content Auditor Features:

• Real-time, continuous scanning of incoming and outgoing Internet and/or internal messages for specific message content
• Forwarding of messages to a unique individual for review and action, with specific content highlighted for easy review
• A customizable audit list consisting of more than 200 user-defined words and phrases that can be searched simultaneously
• Powerful monitoring that scans up to thousands of messages per minute without disrupting the flow of email
• Detailed scanning of specific message parts (i.e. subject line, address fields, message body, etc.)
• Flexible reporting options, including total messages scanned, matches found, and other key information to a designated email address

Content Auditor is also workstation based, is not installed on the Exchange server, and requires no additional training, consulting, or servers for implementation. Like Content Inspector, Content Auditor’s allows typical customers to begin monitoring in 60 minutes or less.
